职位描述

  • Directing all operational aspects including deliveries, customer service, human resources, administration, inventory, and sales
  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Meet target goals and metrics
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

职位要求

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College course, preferably in Commerce
  • With at least 1-2 years of Sales experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Knows how to respond to market changes and can conceptualize coping strategies
