Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branch, and perform various training sessions with Sales associates and other staff.
• Execute all strategic business plans, monitor branch sales process and maintain product knowledge.
• Identify appropriate sales staff, establish an efficient work procedure and prepare required work plan to achieve sales goals.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans by reviewing with Sales associates the list of all prospective customers for sales leads.
• Identify merging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Manage all marketing plans and programs in coordination with Marketing Department and provide training to all Sales personnel to ensure effective customer service.
• Review work of all Sales personnel on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Oversee and direct performance of the sales team. Perform appraisals for all branch employees and provide training and counseling as required.
• Coordinate with Category Product Managers to analyze product movement and market trends, analyze progress of all activities and prepare all required reports to ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
• Planning and forecasting of sales and inventory in coordination with Category Product Manager and Procurement.
• Coordinates with Finance team to ensure that all Sales associates are adhering to collection policies and other control measures.
• Conducts regular business review with the entire Sales to ensure performance is on track with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or any related course.
• Background with Tiles/Construction/Retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Strong reputation for integrity, values and character.
• Can start ASAP.
