Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Volume Recruiter at Red Define located in Metro Manila. The Volume Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill a high volume of positions. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of BPO industry recruitment practices
