PCON International Corp. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our Ecobloc Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide expert advice on the benefits and applications of AAC materials.

• Actively promote and sell ECOBLOC AAC blocks and panels to clients in the construction industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of AAC.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to provide accurate product information and address client inquiries.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
