Position

The System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including LIS (Laboratory Information System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other essential platforms. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure seamless system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LIS, CRM, and other business-critical platforms
• Ensure system security, backups, and performance optimization
• Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve system-related issues
• Implement updates, patches, and system upgrades
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve system efficiency
• Develop documentation for system processes and best practices
  
  

Qualifications:

• IT background with experience in system administration
• Familiarity with LIS, CRM, and enterprise software solutions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of network administration, databases, and cloud-based systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
