 OVERVIEW

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensure tax and audit compliance, and support business decisions through accurate financial data. This role also involves team supervision and maintaining strong internal controls.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

•  Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
•  Oversee account and bank reconciliations
•  Ensure timely tax filing and compliance
•  Coordinate with auditors and lead audit preparation
•  Strengthen internal controls and support system accuracy
•  Supervise and mentor the accounting team

•  CPA and a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
•  At least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles
•  Strong skills in financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance
•  Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems
•  Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
