• As an E-Commerce Specialist , you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging product listings, executing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing performance data to ensure our products reach the right customers.
• Your role will help build and maintain a seamless shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout, while growing our brand’s digital footprint.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods sectors.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management.
• Strong understanding of how to create compelling product descriptions that capture the essence of fragrance and luxury products.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
• Creative thinking and a passion for fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for product images, banners, and promotional material.
• Knowledge of Amazon or other marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with influencers or running influencer marketing campaigns.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and the ability to convey the emotional and sensory appeal of scent through digital content.
