Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain a positive and respectful tone with all customers

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (K-12), Senior High, ALS, or College level
• No customer service or BPO experience required — we provide full training!
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• A strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
