Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Answer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Follow standard procedures and meet performance goals

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (K-12)
• Good English communication skills
• Open to applicants with no prior BPO experience (training provided) with at least 3 months Customer Facing Experience (like Cashier, etc.)
• Amenable to work onsite at Bridgetown, Pasig
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including night shifts
