About The Job

At Acxelsus, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including establishing sales strategies, generating leads, making presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with both potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Client Meetings: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to discuss potential opportunities.
  • Product/Service Promotion: Promote the companys products/services while addressing or anticipating client objectives.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Sales Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  • Client Feedback & Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Team Development: Develop entry-level staff into effective and valuable salespeople.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other duties as assigned based on company needs.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in Business Development with at least two years of leadership experience.
  • B2B Experience: Must have end-to-end B2B sales experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the companys products or services and target market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Location: Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
