  1. Perform setup, calibration, maintenance of SMT machines, including pick and place, reflow ovens, and screen printers.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  3. Optimize machine settings to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  4. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper component placement.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and operators to enhance production processes.
  6. Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedule.

Requisito

  1. Basic technical Knowledge of SMT machines or willingness to learn.
  2. Physical stamina as the role often involves standing or repetitive tasks.
  3. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
