- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, staff schedules, and financial performance
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance performance and development
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to safety regulations
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in retail management or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, public speaking, teamwork, sales training, and management skills required.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.
