• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct ongoing training on products and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations.

• 25-45 years old
• College/University Graduate
• At least 3 years Sales management experience gained from an established and reputable company
• With extensive experience in recruiting agents and actively sourcing clients
• Experience in managing medium-to-large sales teams (at least 5+ span of control) is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
