Descrição:

  • Source candidates through various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for next steps
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Manage onboarding activities such as pre-employment requirements, orientation, and document processing
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with different departments to fulfill staffing needs promptly
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and resume databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies at a time
  • Experience in onboarding is a strong advantage
