Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure and downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues related to production machinery.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to minimize production disruptions.
Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment logs, and incident reports.
Collaborate with the production team to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company policies.
Provide training and development support to maintenance staff.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electromechanical and pneumatic systems; strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Working Conditions: May require shifts in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, effective communicator, and team builder.
