Descrição:

  • Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage physician calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately
  • Maintain and update patient medical records
  • Prepare medical documents, forms, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with physicians, technologists, and laboratory staff
  • Verify patient insurance and handle billing or copayment collection
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all patient-related information
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations within the cardiovascular lab setting


Requisito

  • Graduate of any course
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
