The ideal candidate will drive the sales process, promoting our machines, address client needs, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines sold to clients
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring machines operate at peak performance and promptly addressing any technical issues
• Drive the sales process by promoting and selling our machines, recommending the best solutions to meet client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training for clients
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional technical support and service
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports related to both sales and after-sales activities
