Descrição:

  • Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
  • Prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.
  • Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy in measurements for construction, mapping, and boundary determination.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide necessary survey information.
  • Verify property boundaries and identify potential legal issues related to land ownership.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a land surveyor in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and GIS software.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal property descriptions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
