Organizational Competencies:

  • Designs technical and functional competencies across all levels in relation to the Business Model and Direction.
  • Aligns competency framework/model with organizational tools PMS, talent assessment, and development.
  • Performance Management System.
  • Assists HR partners in the implementation of PMS.
  • Assists Line Managers in determining performance gaps and creating of individual development plans.
  • Implements and monitors organizational interventions to address performance gaps.
  • Assists in the design of Role Charters across the organization.
  • Succession Planning and Development.
  • Monitors the implementation of the development plan.
  • Aligns learning and evaluation designs to developmental objectives for each key talent.
  • Aligns organizational tools such as PMS, coaching, and developmental activities to career objectives.
  • Designs developmental plans and monitors implementation.
  • Developmental Programs (OJT, Management Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Others)
  • Designs Developmental Programs aligned to Learning Objectives and Needs.
  • Cascades Developmental Programs to HR Partners.
  • Implements and evaluates Developmental Programs across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
  • Must have an intense Training and Development skills.
  • Proven presentation skills and the ability to conceptualize training materials.
  • Willingness to work in Baesa, Quezon City.
