Evaluate candidates, assessing their resumes and credentials, conduct interviews, and build a network of potential employees. Can do "end to end recruitment"

• Handles end-to-end recruitment for rank & file to senior role
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel for job fairs and recruitment events
• Organizes/participates in job fairs, campus hiring, and community drives
• Knowledgeable in PESO programs and DOLE job fair guidelines
• Initiates company accreditation with LGUs
• Screens, interviews, and evaluates candidates
• Develops hiring plans for restaurants and salons
• Promotes job openings via online/print media
• Conducts background checks and prepares job offers/contracts
• Assists with new hire onboarding and HR orientation
• Submits recruitment dashboards and onboarding/offboarding reports weekly/monthly

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 1–3 years HR recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity
• Leadership skills; able to train and delegate
• Proficient in recruitment tools and reporting
• Can assess and recommend recruitment software
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque; can start immediately
