Descrição:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding for rank-and-file and supervisory positions.
  • Administer employee records, timekeeping, and benefits.
  • Oversee employee relations and support discipline procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives, training, and employee engagement.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work in Caloocan initially and be deployed to Bulacan as needed.
