Descrição:

  • Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager;
  • Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
  • Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
  • Administers the company's HRIS;
  • Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
  • Transacts with SSS, Phil Health and HDMF Offices;
  • Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
  • Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level:1-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in HRIS, excellent communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, and process management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Oversee employee relations, manage payroll and benefits, and support leadership development and training.
  • Working Conditions:Office environment with occasional remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits:Strong leadership, ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
