Descrição:
- RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Check the actual AWB versus the system AWB before releasing of cargo.
- Process request for a refund, if any.
- Assists Call inquiries
- Assist walk-in clients
- Releasing of cargo to clients.
- Attains client’s inquiry.
OTHER TASK
- Safekeeping and filling documents – collection reports, deposit slips, and other documents related to specific duties.
- Ensures controls are maintained within the financial operating environment in compliance with SLA.
- Adoption of processes
- Perform any additional task given by the immediate supervisor or manager.
