Descrição:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage appointments and maintain the reception area.
  • Provide information about the organization and services.
  • Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, solid customer service abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Busy office environment, may require working weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
