- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
- Manage day-to-day operations and streamline processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial summaries.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.
Requisito
- Job Title: Finance and Operations Associate
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, strong communication skills, attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, data analysis, internal audits
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, effective written and verbal communicator
