Descrição:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.

Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Requisito

Bachelor's Degree holder

Open for non-bachelors

Experience as a Customer Service answering concerns and inquiries in any of the e-commerce platforms (shoppee, lazada or tiktok)

Experience in health supplements, diet, nutrition, and human anatomy is a plus

Amendable to work on site.
