Descrição:
- Able to draw detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by 2D and 3D drawings.
- Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, diagrams or layout from sketches
- Preparing bill of quantity
- Preparing tender submission.
- Preparing Mechanical, Electrical technical and control schematic drawings.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Produce and update drawing sets as required during different project phases.
- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings.
Requisito
- Degree or diploma Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge in M&E works.
- Certification in CAD software or drafting techniques.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman or Drafter, preferably within the construction, architectural, or engineering industries.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar tools.
- Knowledge and experience in using of MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to attend site M&E coordination meetings.
