As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers. What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently delivering packages, documents, and other items to customers within the designated delivery area
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any special instructions
• Providing excellent customer service by communicating with customers, addressing any concerns, and ensuring a positive delivery experience
• Performing routine maintenance and checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
• Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules

• At least 1 year of experience as a delivery rider or similar role in the courier/logistics industry
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time deliveries
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
• A reliable and responsible attitude with a commitment to safety
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
