  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service practices, call center operations, back office support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a call center setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
