Descrição:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in product knowledge and troubleshooting to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • College Graduate must have relevant experience in Credit Analysis
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer calls, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with evening and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
