Descrição:

  1. Customer Support:
  2. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers with product information, service details, pricing, or technical support.
  4. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to resolve customer issues or concerns.
  5. Issue Resolution:
  6. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure the issue is fully resolved and to gather feedback.
  9. Order Processing & Account Management:
  10. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  11. Update customer account information (e.g., contact details, preferences, payment information) in the CRM system.
  12. Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
  13. Documentation & Reporting:
  14. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
  15. Report recurring issues or trends to management to help improve products, services, or processes.
  16. Prepare reports related to customer feedback, common issues, and service performance.
  17. Cross-Selling and Upselling:
  18. Promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer based on their needs and preferences.
  19. Actively listen to customer needs to offer the right solutions.
  20. Customer Education:
  21. Educate customers about new products, services, or features.
  22. Provide troubleshooting instructions or guidance on how to use products or services effectively.

Requisito

  1. At least 1 year experience as Customer Service Representative ( Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  2. Good communication skills and pleasing personality/attitude
  3. Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
