Descrição:
- Appointment setter
- Customer service
- Uses correct English grammar and sentence structure
- Demonstrates advanced vocabulary and comprehension
- Thinks and speaks in an organized, logical manner
Requisito
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Very good communication skills both speaking and listening
- Speaks with a neutral to American accent, preferably nasal tone
- Has no strong Filipino accent or “Filipinoisms” in speech (e.g., "for a while", "next next week")
