簡介
- 接聽來電，協助客戶解決詢問和問題。
- 向客戶提供準確的產品和服務信息。
- 在呼叫管理系統中記錄互動內容。
- 高效且有效地解決客戶投訴。
- 保持高水平的專業素養和同理心。
- 與團隊成員合作，提升客戶體驗。
職位要求
- 學歷要求： 至少兩年大學畢業/兩年副學士畢業。
- 經驗要求： 至少一年國際呼叫中心經驗/一年任何面對面客戶服務相關經驗。
- 技能與能力： 優秀的溝通能力，並具備電腦操作能力。
- 職責與義務： 處理來電，協助客戶，並有效解決查詢。
- 工作條件： 夜班，長期臨時遠程工作，申請者需住在中盧宋/距克拉克邦巴銀行程不超過兩小時。
- 特質與特性： 耐心，適應性強，並具備強大的人際交往能力。
