As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring and fostering positive relationships. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely, accurate information via phone. Your professionalism and empathy will help maintain high customer satisfaction and support the company's reputation for service excellence.


Requisito

  • With 6 months call center experience
  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Comfortable and confident in speaking English
