Descrição:

Lead Business Development & Sales – Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, proposal development, and client relationship management; stay updated on industry trends to craft relevant solutions.

Pitching & Account Management – Prepare detailed proposals, lead client negotiations, and deliver new business pitches with cross-functional teams to secure and grow key accounts.

Project Oversight – Coordinate with project and operations teams to initiate, brief, monitor, and ensure successful and timely delivery of projects in adherence to scope and quality standards.

Client & Team Coordination – Support delivery teams with project execution challenges while safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

Reporting & Administrative Duties – Provide regular sales reports, participate in project and team meetings, and ensure documentation and follow-through on agreed actions.

Stakeholder & Market Awareness – Maintain strong internal/external relationships and keep leadership informed of relevant industry developments, competitor activity, and potential business impacts.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management)

Experience Level:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent Organization and Communication Skills
  • Adept in Marketing Strategy and Client Relations
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
