- Oversee property maintenance and engineering operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, routine inspections, aircon repair, and welding.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct inspections, maintain safety standards, and manage front operations.
- Working Conditions: Field and office environments with potential for hands-on work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator.
