We are looking for experienced and dependable Bus Mechanics to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on buses and other heavy vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role also includes rescue operations in case of vehicle breakdowns on the road and the flexibility to be assigned to various garages or motor pools as needed.

• Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of buses and heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, brake, suspension, transmission, and electrical system issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Perform rescue operations for on-road bus breakdown when needed.
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with other mechanics and operations teams for fleet readiness.
• Willing to be assigned in different garages and motor pools located in Metro Manila, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas & Palawan.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Bus Mechanic or in heavy vehicle repair.
• TESDA or Vocational Certificate in Automotive Servicing or related field is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy mechanical work.
