Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC):
• Develop and implement QA procedures and policies for architectural projects.
• Review architectural designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews and audits to confirm compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure design quality and standards are upheld throughout the project.
• Monitor and inspect construction materials and methods to ensure they align with architectural requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits of construction processes.
• Identify and resolve design or construction defects and issues.
• Review testing and inspection results and ensure they meet the specified standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assessments.
• Generate quality reports and provide feedback to the project team regarding deficiencies or concerns.
• Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are being met.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality management best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, construction management, or quality control roles.
• Familiarity with architectural software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).
• Experience in quality assurance and control practices within construction or architecture projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methods, inspections, and testing procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documentation and reports.
