Descrição:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits.

Requisito

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA)
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting roles, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Financial Reporting, and Analysis
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, possible overtime during month-end close
  • Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and effective communication
