Probationary Period: 6 months

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be willing to work on Saturdays if needed (Paid Overtime)

We are looking for a Site Surveyor to support the construction and fit-out of projects through accurate site assessments, measurements, and field coordination. The role is field-based and ideal for someone mobile, reliable, and with construction background.

• Conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and layout surveys
• Validate existing site conditions and support planning
• Prepare site-related reports and assist with drawings or documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
• Visit various project sites based on assignment
• Support documentation for permits and project turnover

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related technical course
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in site survey, fit-out, or construction support
• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver’s license
• Willing to work in the field and extend work hours if needed (including Saturdays for OT)
• Physically fit and comfortable with site-based work
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and can work independently or with a team
