Penerangan

  • Prepares sales invoice and packing list based on sales order entry prepared by sales department concerned.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information are captured and entered to system.
  • Ensure that all queries of customers, dealers as well as agent are address on-time.
  • Provide support to the department in conducing periodic review of system and procedures to ensure appropriateness of the same to the organizational needs, standards, and objectives.
  • Perform other tasks/duties that may be assigned.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Operations Management/Office Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in a similar administrative or office support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Can handle customer concerns
