Responsibilities:

  • Develop key accounts and be responsible for achieving sales and increasing market share.
  • Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotions results.
  • Involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
  • Lead a team of merchandisers and possess an intimate understanding of what it takes to win in the market.
  • Conduct business reviews to buyer/purchaser/accounts.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Have a vast experience in handling Local key Account, Public Market, Key Accounts or Modern Trade, (Independent & Chain Accounts), Secondary and Tertiary.
  • Have a wide experience in Sales Negotiation and know how to handle objection properly. Also, who is good in handling Merchandiser and Sales Coordinator is required.
  • Have a good rapport in trade
