Recruitment and Hiring: You may learn how to create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.

Employee Relations: This can include training on conflict resolution, conducting investigations, managing employee complaints, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits Administration: You may learn how to manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Performance Management: This can include training on setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

Training and Development: You may learn how to create and implement training programs, conduct training sessions, and track employee progress.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php100.00 - Php150.00 per day
