Involves outsourcing customer service and operational tasks for travel and hospitality companies to a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. These tasks can include booking and managing travel arrangements, providing customer support, handling inquiries and issues, managing reservations, and more. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience for travel and hospitality businesses. 

• At least a High School Graduate
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an international BPO setting
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays (if required)
