A. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the daily operations in FG Warehouse in support to the FG Warehouse Supervisor.

2. Deputy to the FG warehouse Supervisor to perform all the required tasks.

3. Monitor FG warehouse personnel - assist, guide and teach to perform their assigned tasks properly.

4. Oversee that all finished products are properly passed through metal detector in strict compliance with the established critical control point (CCP2) monitoring.

5. Oversee the preparation, tagging, picking, distribution and dispatch of finished products intended for delivery.

6. Oversee the proper handling and storage of finished products.

7. Monitor the inventory of finished products, transmittal of excess finished products that has gone beyond the allowed holding time.

8. Input and prepare summary of institutional orders distributions, listing the customers and products to be prepared for dispatch.

9. Checking of orders and additional requirements of products for delivery, ensure that everything is in order and served.

10. Generate and prepare sticker labels for finished products as per customer requirement.

11. Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company, and consistently report problems with regards to the Food Safety Management System.

B. MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare the needed forms and checklists for the personnel to accomplish.

2. Ensure compliance with mandatory and relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

3. Participate in training programs and venue for learning experience and professional growth.

4. Check equipment conditions and make job order requests as needed.

Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
