About the Role:

The Warehouse Management Supervisor (Real Estate/Construction) is responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer demands. This role requires meticulous planning, analysis, and coordination with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for effective data management, analysis, and reporting.

What you'll do:

 Material Planning 

• Develop and maintain material requirements plans (MRP) based on production schedules and forecasts.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while optimizing inventory levels.

• Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.

 Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

• Analyze inventory data to minimize excess stock and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align material plans with operational needs in the assigned construction project site.

• Support cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and systems.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements in material planning and inventory management.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Supply Chain Management

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Management Supervisor or in a similar supply chain role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have working experience in real estate/housing development is a plus 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) systems and ERP software.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be willing to be employed under a project-based contract for the first five (5) months of employment
