• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to packing lists or orders
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or other equipment
• Maintain inventory by properly labeling and storing goods
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
• Complete documentation and update inventory systems as required

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1-2 years preferred)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus)
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends if needed

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Safety training or OSHA certification is a plus
