簡介
- Design and optimize the visual interface of company websites, landing pages, and admin systems to ensure consistency with brand identity and enhanced user experience
- Lead the creation of visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram), including campaign visuals, brand key visuals, animated posts, and ad creatives
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver complete design solutions from concept to implementation
- Define and maintain visual style guides, UI component libraries, and branding standards
- Conduct visual and usability reviews of existing interfaces, provide actionable recommendations and lead improvements
- Stay updated with design and UI/UX trends, providing creative input for brand evolution
- Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level designers, ensuring high design quality and consistency
職位要求
- At least 4 years of proven experience in UI/Visual Design with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other modern design tools
- Solid understanding of web design structure, responsive UI, and user-centered design principles
- Hands-on experience designing for social media content (FB/IG/Tiktok), with knowledge of platform-specific creative guidelines
- Strong foundation in layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and delivering high-quality design assets
Nice to Have
- Experience in UI design for iGaming, e-commerce, gaming, or content platforms
- Skills in motion/animation design (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Experience leading projects or mentoring junior designers
