We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent – Sales to join our team for a local campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with solid sales experience in a call center setting. Background in a travel-related account is a plus.

As a member of our sales team, you will engage with customers over the phone, promote services, and help drive revenue while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Call Center Sales Experience (Required)

Proven experience in telesales or outbound/inbound sales in a BPO setting.

Travel Account Background (Preferred)

Previous experience in a travel-related account is a strong advantage.

Good Communication Skills

Proficient in both English and Filipino, with a professional and persuasive communication style.

Customer-Focused

Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.

Results-Oriented

Highly driven and focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.

Willing to Work Onsite

Must be available to report onsite at our office in Ortigas, Pasig.
