簡介

Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to improve call strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interaction.


Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • With E-commerce experience is a plus but not required.
